AI-Powered Demand Forecasting&Inventory
Management
Built a production-ready FastAPI backend for an AI-powered demand forecasting and inventory management platform. Implemented secure JWT authentication with role-based access control, PostgreSQL integration using SQLAlchemy and Alembic, CSV/Excel data ingestion, XGBoost-based demand forecasting with automatic fallback models, inventory reorder-point optimization, intelligent alert generation, and RESTful APIs. The application is fully containerized with Docker Compose for scalable deployment and easy setup.
RAG Research Assistant (Full-Stack AI Knowledge)
Built a production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Research Assistant that enables users to upload documents, generate vector embeddings, and ask natural language questions with AI-powered responses grounded in their own data. Developed a FastAPI backend with document processing, vector search, and OpenAI integration, alongside a modern Next.js frontend featuring document management, real-time chat, source citations, and responsive UI. Containerized the entire application with Docker and configured CI/CD, database migrations, and deployment-ready infrastructure.
LangChain RAG + Agents Chatbot
Engineered a production-grade AI chatbot system using LangChain Chains, Agents, and RAG with OpenAI GPT-4o and Ollama. Built intelligent embedding pipelines with multi-source data ingestion and vector storage (FAISS/Chroma) for context-aware enterprise document Q&A. Designed agent orchestration with tool-calling and persistent memory for multi-step autonomous reasoning. Deployed as a scalable API-first service via FastAPI and LangServe.
Ancient Language Machine Translation Model
Developed advanced AI solutions including a Machine Translation Model for translating 4,000-year-old Akkadian cuneiform into modern English and an Intelligent AI Chatbot powered by Streamlit and OpenAI. Built transformer-based NLP pipelines, implemented advanced text preprocessing, OCR cleaning, secure API integration, persistent chat history, model selection, and responsive UI. Designed scalable, production-ready applications that demonstrate expertise in NLP, Generative AI, Deep Learning, and modern AI-powered web development.
